We find e-commerce in the UK works very well for us, as we have only been trading for a short while, not only do we get sales from the on-line store, but we get enquiries requesting tools that we do not even list on the site.

Magnet commerce has helped us to utilise the website with design and style and this has resulted in being a useful tool to us in helping our company's customer base to grow, as we now sell tools to all corners of the UK

What's your favourite feature?
From the home page the most useful feature to us is the fact that you can list all the new items that you add to the store and have these highlighted as New Products. This brings awareness to our customers of new and exciting products that we are selling, and does convert browsers to customers.

You are a brick-and-mortar as well as an online retailer.
Do you think your customers are interested in performing their future purchases online?
We do have a 2,500sq ft showroom in Cullompton, Devon with a trade counter. We have over 3,000 stock lines where people can see before they buy. All these lines will eventually get added to our on-line store and then this will become our catalogue.

All our local customers prefer to collect from our trade counter but many of our customers out side the local vicinity are happy to order over the on-line store where the items will be delivered in 3-5 days.
