If you are already a customer or a free trial
user, simply log into your account, using your username and
password. Click on the Help and Support link in the upper right-hand
corner of the screen to access the Magnet Commerce online user guide
and our searchable knowledge base that contains answers to hundreds
of common questions. If you don't find an answer to your question,
please submit your query using the contact form and our help team
will get back to you.

Magnet Commerce software is a do-it-yourself solution
and implementation is easy. However, if you need custom graphics
to make your eshop unique or to promote your best products, you
can select Setup
Option B that offers you 8 hours of graphic design.
If you need further design help (i.e., designing a company
logo or a flash promotional banner, or integrating your eshop to
an existing Web site), we will gladly discuss these needs with you.
