Sales Reports

Magnet Commerce provides you with important sales statistics. You can get reports according to sales by country, by payment method, by shipping method and more. These reports will help you gain a better insight into your business's performance.


Viewing sales reports:

You can ask for the sales report you want to receive by selecting the "Reports > Sales Reports" tab in the Administration panel:

Once in the Sales Reports page you can get any of the reports listed for a specific length of time. Simply add the Begin and End Date that the report will refer to and click on the "Get Report" button. To specify the Begin and End Date, you can either type it explicitly in the text box or click on the image next to it and Select the desired date from the pop up calendar window.

Through this page you can get the following reports:

- Product sales reports, which lists all products sold in the specified length of time.
- Day by day sales reports, which lists the products sold in the specified length of time on a day-by-day basis.
- Sales by Country, which lists the products sold in the specified length of time according to the country they were shipped to.
- Sales by Payment Method, which lists the products sold in the specified length of time according to the payment method.
- Sales by Shipping Method, which lists the products sold in the specified length of time according to the shipping method.

For example, by choosing to get a "Product sales" report a page similar to the following appears, listing the products sold for the specific time length. The product name, quantity and total price is shown in the report

Summary:

Access the Sales Reports page by choosing "Reports > Sales Reports" in the Administration Panel.

You can choose to get any of the following reports: Product Sales, Day by Day Sales, Sales by Country, Sales by Payment Method or Sales by Shipping Method.

Get the reports you require by entering the "Begin" and "End" date and pressing the "Get Report" button.
