If you are already a customer or
free trial user, simply log into your account, using your
username and password.
Then click on the Help and Support link in the upper
right-hand corner of the screen.
Our searchable knowledge base contains answers to hundreds
of common support questions.

If the answer to your question is not in our knowledge
base, submit your question in an e-mail support ticket through
the Help and Support center.
Live Assistance...
If you feel your problem will be
better resolved through conversation with a technician, you
can try Live Help, to see if a representative is online.

Magnet Commerce software is a do-it-yourself
solution and implementation is easy. However, if you need
custom graphics, to make your eshop unique or to promote your
best products, we offer you 8 hours of graphic design when
you select Setup Option B and pay the additional cost. If
you need further design help (i.e., designing a company logo
or a flash promotional banner, or integrating your eshop to
an existing Web site), we will gladly discuss these needs
