Accessing Help and Support...

• If you are already a customer or free trial user, simply log into your account, using your username and password.
• Then click on the Help and Support link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
• Our searchable knowledge base contains answers to hundreds of common support questions.

Support Forum and Support Tickets...

• If the answer to your question is not in our knowledge base, submit your question in an e-mail support ticket through the Help and Support center.

Live Assistance...

• If you feel your problem will be better resolved through conversation with a technician, you can try Live Help, to see if a representative is online.

Implementation Help...

• Magnet Commerce software is a do-it-yourself solution and implementation is easy. However, if you need custom graphics, to make your eshop unique or to promote your best products, we offer you 8 hours of graphic design when you select Setup Option B and pay the additional cost. If you need further design help (i.e., designing a company logo or a flash promotional banner, or integrating your eshop to an existing Web site), we will gladly discuss these needs with you.
